The problem with rumours and allegations, is that their victims cannot defend themselves. The harder they try the more suspicious people become. If they don’t defend themselves, people believe that’s ‘evidence’ of their guilt. Either way, a victim of negative allegations cannot win.

Today is International Forgiveness Day which is held on the first Sunday of August.
Social medias: depression and suicidal ideation
I have been for decades an active user of social medias such as Facebook. My verdict being: don't do it, it is unhealthy.
